Pempek
Ingredients
500 grams mackerel meat
150 cc coconut milk
2 eggs
1/2 tbs sugar
12 onions, slice thinly
1 tbs salt
250 grams sago flour
Cooking oil
Method :
1. Mix fish with coconut oil, sugar, onions,and salt.
2. Add sago flour. Mix well.
3. Heat the cooking oil. shape the dough round oval with your hand or you may use a spoon, then fry it until it turns golden brown.
Cuko
Ingredients
300 grams of brown sugar
50 grams tamarind
1 tablespoon vinegar
750 cc water
5 cloves garlic, mashed with the skin
2 tablespoons dried shrimp, mashed
15 chilies, mashed along with the stems
1 tablespoon tongcai, finely chopped
1 teaspoon salt
method :
1. Boil brown sugar, tamarind, water, and vinegar. Remove and strain.
2. Add the garlic, dried shrimp, chilies and salt. Boil again. Add tongcai. Remove..Kuah cuko is ready to use.
How to serve
Cut down pempek adaan into pieces, put in a plate with kuah cuko and noodles.

When I firstly taste Pisang Goreng Pasir, I addicted to eating and eating again. This fried bananas called such of that name because its surface likely sprinkled by "sand". It is very tasty and crunchy. Try to make it. Here is the recipe for you.
Ingredients
• 10 bananas kepok
• 165 grams flour
• 3 tablespoons powdered milk
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 1 egg
• 165 ml water
• 200 grams of bread flour (bread crumb) rough
• Cooking oil
Method:
• Peel bananas, slice longitudinally for four parts. Put aside.
• Mix the flour, milk, sugar and water, stir well. In a separate container, prepare the bread crumbs. Dip the bananas into the flour mixture and then roll in bread crumbs. Do the same to all the bananas.
• Fry bananas until it turns golden brown.
• Serve immediately.
Tips. As a variation, you can sprinkle grated cheese or chocolate milk, pineapple/ strawberry/ blueberry jam according your desired taste. I Guarantee the is taste more delicious.

Besides vegetables, sweet corn was also delicious be processed into bakwan. This Bakwan Jagung udang has a sweet and delicious taste.It can be directly eaten as snacks, or to be paired with rice and sayur asam, sayur bayam or even sayur lodeh. Happy cooking.
Ingredients:
• 3 sweet corn, slice coarse
• 5 tablespoons flour
• ¼ tsp pepper
• 1 stalk celery, sliced
• 1 leek, thinly sliced
• 2 eggs
• Water
• 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• 2 shallots, finely chopped
• 150 grams of shrimp, peeled
• Salt
• cooking oil, for frying
How to Make :
1. Mix together all ingredients, mix well. Add enough water to approximately 50 ml or as to your desire thickness,
2. Heat vegetable oil over medium heat, fry the dough one tablespoon by one tablespoon until cooked. Remove and drain.

- 1 cm laos
- Salt
- Sugar
