Materials;
500 grams chicken, cut into pieces
3 cloves garlic
½ tsp pepper
A small piece of nutmeg
Some salt
Soy sauce, to your personal desired
Some water
1 ½ tablespoons cooking oil
Method:
Blend together the garlic, pepper and nutmeg. Then, fry the seasonings with 1 ½ tablespoons cooking oil until fragrant. Next, put the chicken in it, stir well, then add some water. Finally pour the soy sauce and salt. Let the chicken in medium heat for about 15 minutes until it well cooked.
