This is our  family’s favorite and special recipe. We often make it.It doesn’t take a lot of spices and the process is very easy. In addition, because our children really like it, so as a mother, I feel so happy when seeing them eating the meals at the dining table with enthusiasm.

The flavor of this dish is little spicy but it feels fresh because of the lime leaves and tamarind juice and a splash of orange. This green chili fried chicken is perfect paired with vegetables and marinated tofu/tempe.
Hopefully the following recipe can be an alternative dish for your beloved family, too. Good luck!

- 500 grams chicken thighs.
- 100 grams of green chillies, crushed roughly
- 1 teaspoon tamarind, dissolved in a little water
