When I firstly taste Pisang Goreng Pasir, I addicted to eating and eating again. This fried bananas called such of that name because its surface likely sprinkled by "sand". It is very tasty and crunchy. Try to make it. Here is the recipe for you.





Ingredients
• 10 bananas kepok
• 165 grams flour
• 3 tablespoons powdered milk
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 1 egg
• 165 ml water
• 200 grams of bread flour (bread crumb) rough
• Cooking oil

Method:
• Peel bananas, slice longitudinally for four parts. Put aside.
• Mix the flour, milk, sugar and water, stir well. In a separate container, prepare the bread crumbs. Dip the bananas into the flour mixture and then roll in bread crumbs. Do the same to all the bananas.
• Fry bananas until it turns golden brown.
• Serve immediately.

Tips. As a variation, you can sprinkle grated cheese or chocolate milk, pineapple/ strawberry/ blueberry jam according your desired taste. I Guarantee the is taste more delicious.

Bakwan Jagung Udang

Besides vegetables, sweet corn was also delicious be processed into bakwan. This Bakwan Jagung udang has a sweet and delicious taste.It can be directly eaten as snacks, or to be paired with rice and sayur asam, sayur bayam or even sayur lodeh. Happy cooking.



Ingredients:
• 3 sweet corn, slice coarse
• 5 tablespoons flour
• ¼ tsp pepper
• 1 stalk celery, sliced
• 1 leek, thinly sliced
• 2 eggs
• Water
• 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• 2 shallots, finely chopped
• 150 grams of shrimp, peeled
• Salt
• cooking oil, for frying


How to Make :
1. Mix together all ingredients, mix well. Add enough water to approximately 50 ml or as to your desire thickness,
2. Heat vegetable oil over medium heat, fry the dough one tablespoon by one tablespoon until cooked. Remove and drain.

Cumi Bakar Kecap

Ingredients :

500 grams of squid, cut a ring-shaped
4 shallots
2 cloves garlic
4 red chilies
2 cm turmeric
1 cm ginger
soy sauce
                                                      salt

Method:
1. Blend all spices
2. Sprinkle squids with lime juice. Leave it for about 15 minutes, then presto briefly.
3. Marinate with blend spices. Leave it for about 10 minutes.
4. Grill until cooked. Remove from heat. Ready to serve.

Tumis Kangkung

I'd like to share the Indonesian everyday dish called "Tumis kangkung".
 It is very easy to make, and delicious to serve as a side dish. I personally like eat it with plain rice or with grilled fish or fried Tempe.




 

Ingredients:
- 2 bunches kangkung ( water spinach ), chopped
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 3 shallots, sliced thinly
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced thinly
- 2 red chillies, sliced thinly
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 cm ginger
- 1 cm laos
- Salt
- Sugar

How to make:
- Saute the spices in 2 tablespoons cooking oil until fragrant.
- Add the kangkung (water spinach), bay leaves, ginger, laos. Stir and add salt and sugar. Finally, add the tomatoes.
- Cook until done.

Perkedel kentang

Perkedel kentang is  very popular because it is very easy to make it. It is suitable to be paired with rice and soup. Usually it is also often paired with yellow rice. ... Let's try to make it.







Materials :
• ½ kg potatoes
• 1 egg, separate yolk & the white
• 1 tbsp fried onion, mashed
• ¼ tsp of fine white pepper
• ¼  fine nutmeg
• ½ celery stalks, thinly sliced
• salt to taste
• cooking oil

How to Make:
• Peel the potatoes, then cut into pieces and fry potatoes until cooked.
• Mashed and blend fried potatoes, fried onion, pepper, nutmeg and celery leaves.Then make it in round shape. Create potatoes until dough runs out.
• Beat the egg, roll the round shape potatoes in it.
• Fry them until golden brown.

Ayam Masak Kecap

This recipe is quite easy to cook.So simple. If you don't have much time to prepare some dishes for your family, so this recipe must be the  right choice

Materials;
500 grams chicken, cut into pieces
3 cloves garlic
½ tsp pepper
A small piece of nutmeg
Some salt
Soy sauce, to your personal desired
Some water
1 ½ tablespoons cooking oil


Method:
Blend together the garlic, pepper and nutmeg. Then, fry the
 seasonings with 1 ½ tablespoons cooking oil until fragrant. Next, put the chicken in it, stir well, then add some water. Finally pour the soy sauce and salt. Let the chicken in medium heat for about 15 minutes until it well cooked.

ingredients:
6 chicken eggs, boiled, then fried briefly
4 red chilies
3 shallots
2 cloves garlic
1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
1 bay leaves
1 / 2 cm galangal, crushed.
salt
1 / 4 tsp sugar


Method:
- Firstly, blend together  red peppers, onion and garlic.
- Then, saute it with 1 tablespoon of  cooking oil. Add the lemongrass,  bay leaves, galangal, salt and sugar. Stir until the spices  fragrant.
- Add the eggs, mix well. Turn off the heat. Serve it.

Ayam Bakar Kecap

It is quite simple and easy to make this grilled chicken.It taste a little sweet as we add some sweet soy sauce. Indonesian people, usually eat it with warm rice, as you know, it is our staple food.

materials :

     - 500 grams chicken
     - Butter, to polish
     - Sweet soy sauce
                                                            - 1 piece galangal, crushed
                                                            - 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
                                                            - 3 bay leaves

Seasonings:
     - 2 cloves garlic
     - 3 shallots
     - 2 pecans
     - 1 cm turmeric
     - salt

How to Make:
- First, blend all the spices
- Then, boil the chicken with enough water with blend spices.Add galangal, bay leaves and lemon grass until fragrant and cooked.
- Then grill chicken and spread with butter and soy sauce. Grilled chicken until brownish .
- Serve with complementary vegetables such as cucumbers, cabbage, basil and chili sauce.


Chili Sauce : Blend : 2 pieces red peppers, 3 onions, some salt, 1 clove garlic, 1 piece tomato, 1/4 teaspoon shrimp paste, 1/4 teaspoon granulated sugar. Then, saute it with 1 1/2 tablespoon of cooking oil until fragrant.

Ayam Goreng cabai Hijau

This is our  family’s favorite and special recipe. We often make it.It doesn’t take a lot of spices and the process is very easy. In addition, because our children really like it, so as a mother, I feel so happy when seeing them eating the meals at the dining table with enthusiasm.
 
The flavor of this dish is little spicy but it feels fresh because of the lime leaves and tamarind juice and a splash of orange.This green chili fried chicken is perfect paired with vegetables and marinated tofu/tempe.

Ingredients:

material:
- 500 grams chicken thighs.
- 100 grams of green chillies, crushed roughly
- 1 teaspoon tamarind, dissolved in a little water
- 5 spring onions, sliced thinly
- 3 cloves garlic, sliced thinly
- 3 lime leaves
- pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

How to make:
- First, mix the tamarind and salt, use to stain the chicken and leave it some time, then fry the chicken in low heat until well cooked.
- Then, saute onion and garlic with 3 tablespoons cooking oil (used frying chicken oil) until turns brown and fragrant.
- After that, add the green chillies and lime leaves, stir well.
- Next, put the fried chickens, add a pinch of salt.Reduce the
 heat of the stove and let flavors mingle for a while.
- The last,sprinkle some lemon juice.
- The green chili fried chicken is ready to be served.


Tips. When you’re frying chickens, it  must be in small fire, so the chickens will well cooked.If you prefer a more spicy taste, you can add more chilies to the recipe above, according to your desired taste.

Bubur Ayam Spesial

      The Chicken porridge with a bright yellow color has a distinctive and special taste that is not the same as a kind of porridge from other cities in Indonesia.
      This porridge is very famous in Indramayu, one of the districts in West Java province which is well known as Kota Mangga or " a city of Mango ".


Ingredients :
250 grams of rice
250 grams chicken
salt
cooking oil
2 bay leaves
1 stalk Lemongrass

Spices :
1 cm turmeric
½ tsp Coriander
1 cm ginger
1 cm Galangal
¼ tsp pepper
2 red onions
1 clove garlic
1 Pecan

Complements:
Leeks, thinly sliced
fried onions
soy sauce
shrimp crackers


 Steps :
1. Blend all spices and saute with 1 ½ tbsp oil and fry until fragrant. Set aside.
2. Boil chicken, add bay leaves and lemon grass with 4 cups water to boil. Set aside.
3. Remove the chicken and fry it until it turns golden brown.sheddere and set aside.
4. Make the porridge. Boil the rice with 4 cups of water until half cooked. Add blended spices that has been sauteed and the rest of the boiling chicken broth, bay leaves and lemongrass.Stir it well (Add water if necessary, according to your taste) Lastly, give enough salt
5. Serve the porridge while still hot with complements.

Tips. To be more savory seasonings, fried in advance all the spices without oil until fragrant. After that, just blend and saute with cooking oil till fragrant.
